Is the label from the shop, to prove that it is a sparkly new stolen hat. Like if you buy an NBA hat it has little card with the NBA logo and some yarbles about something or other on it.
The presenters on 'Yo MTV Raps' used to wear all their clothes with the tags on to prove that they were all new, or that they never washed them, or something.
