# But the bible
contains the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Does this mean it's a lie?
Have all the priests been lying to us?
Is organised religion just a farce, a mockery of freedom, who's only tangible gift to the world has been the fact that it has been the source of every large scale war and in doing so the cause of the realisation of so many of these so called "deadly sins"?

Oh well, never mind. I'm sure they mean well really.

# but, on the plus side...
some nice architecture, art, and a chance for a cup of tea and a borbon at the Salvation Army Hall every tuesday morning.

This balances out the war and strife stuff pretty nealy I think.
