with something like Grid and progress as you gain confidence.
A lot of VJs start with Arkaos but that was too complex for me initially.

So it's a single .pdb file made intro a movie using imol (mac version of rasmol) then used with the particle replicator keyframed in motion and finally exported to image ready and optimised for your enjoyment.
