You might also enjoy: "persona Orci", literally the (Greek/Roman) actor's mask of Death. May be more apposite.

Visio mortuus would result in much ear tugging, as it mixes a feminine noun (visio "seeing/view/appearance/notion/idea") with the masculine form of the past participle of morior, i.e. "died".
