Is the "it came out making me look gay" and "It's supposed to look like that" is an unfortuante coincidence?
try a more subtle colour for the lips, and a darker background colour. maybe green.
also, one of the colours on the shirt is too similar to the skin colours, it looks like its ripped.
other than thats it spot on :¬)
