www.fnord.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/anigif.htm but not right now, the next phase. You'll get a 200x200 image as a start frame and another as an end frame and you get to tween from one to another however you like (not suggesting just a straight morph type thing like you've done there, you can do anything. Straight cuts, star wipes etc...

hopefully they'll be ready by Wednesday. Then after a mass viewing of them we can see how it goes what needs to be improved etc. To make phase 2 even better.

# sure, you can (for example)
have frame 1 of a fruitbowl and the last frame of a kettle and you can go cut from the fruitbowl and show a hot air balloon for a while, then cut to the kettle at the end.
You have total artistic freedom. It might be nice to have some kind of continuity or some reference at some point that can be used by the brain of the viewer to connect or in some way combine the 2 frames.
But it's not absolutely essential.
