We can only afford studio flats in this area
And those shared ownership houses? For the entire vale I live in there's 4, and they were all taken at the end of last year.

We're trying to move at the moment.
When we sold our flat we did it in a day and got over the asking price.
Now it sounds like weeks of viewings while everyone ums and ahs over the inevitable interest rates rise.
