Is was a self extracting cd which was compressed 5 times, so I have a dvd worth of information on a cd :)

An iso is a disc image in case you didn't know

# take files and or folders
whatever you use to burn to disc tell it to use the system hard drive to burn to instead of a disc. The resulting file will be a disc image that others can use to burn to CD. It will be one of many extensions depending upon the software. .ISO is the industry standard.

And now I want some of whatever it is.
