The man in the picture has rather dark skin, the child is telling the man with dark skin that he has been a good father to him. This is sarcasm. It is a racial stereotype that black men are crap dads, and the fact that it is a ten pack adds to the humour as it suggests that he has more than one father.
This is not necessarily true but can be found amusing to people with a sense of humour, have enough common sense to understand and appreciate the picture without having strong racial hatred
