Does anyone know how add a new log on name to windows without going through the desktop?
My desktop is fcuked.

safe mode, and sort everything out there
(press f8 when it says loading windows during the booting precedure)

# ctrl-alt-delete
choose task manager
choose new task (run)
choose explorer
go to control panel
go to users and blah
tadah!
