I had SF2 on the SNES
and the sound went screwy between NTSC and PAL versions, so mine sounded like ChunLi kept shouting BEANS AND CHIPS. And Ken used to say ARE YOU KEN"

Yes, the sound was fucked.
Whenever he did a hurricane kick for some reason he screamed;
"Zeb-gabba-damooootand!"
Which I feel added to the gameplay.
Edit: It was SFII - Turbo.

I never understood why they had to announce everything anyway
Sagat: I'm moving into a Tiger Uppercut now
Opponent: Ok, fine...

Ever play 'Killer Instinct'?
Not to 'blow my own horn', but I was really quite good at it.

I had that game for ages
played it to death. Eventually I could finish that with Zangers on level 8 without losing a round - you got this one extra blue screen with Zangief posing and saying "You have mastered Zangief" in yellow.
Had to play it on speed zero though to do that, damn hard.

Who was more pointless, him or Zangief?

the filters
you used on the person result in a little too blotchy a feel. Could do with finding a way to reduce the blotchiness to make a cleaner, comic-book art style of image.

aye, but that's not
really comic book style. I'd take it back and complain if my comic book looked like that :)

Looks pretty wicked
How about the poster edge filter for a comic look though? Or would that just be to cartoonish.
