# I haven't played
it for aaaaages. Might dig it out and destroy a nation or seven.

NUKES! NUKENUKENUKENUKENUKENUKENUKENUKESSS!

# I confess:
I have been playing it in the dark, for added atmosphere......

# That's precisely what I did
the first time, with the volume cranked up.

I could almost feel the radiation wafting against my face. It's the way that the world ends with barely any noise which pleased me most.

# I have a Wii!

Would you credit? I play Zelda game!

# I don't like the Wii.
It has a silly name.
(, Wed 27 Jun 2007, 10:48, archived)
# but it's damn good fun.

# There is as much entertainment
to be had from the console name as there is to be had playing games on it.
(, Wed 27 Jun 2007, 10:52, archived)
# I gained
roughly 89.355% entertainment from the console name! I hope I can gather as much entertainment dust from the playing of it one day soon!

*gathers entertainment dust, like a soft beetle might*

# They could rename
it to "piss" perhaps.

Or you could pronounce it as "Wihhhhh!"
(, Wed 27 Jun 2007, 10:52, archived)
# yeah...
because all other consoles have had such cool names in the past.....

# I am envy of your Wii ownership!
Although I now have a Tii. It's a hand controlled device full of hot steamy tea fun!

It's motion sensitive too, so when you pick up the Tii controller, the hot drink moves closer to my face!

*enjoys, whilst weeping softly into the mug*

# Ooooh.

I want one of those. I demand one!

# And so it shall be so, young Wheeled Bird!

# Hahaha!
you seem very hot muggy bevereagey today Mr The Neville . . .

fancy a brew?

# HAHAHAHA
but a few hours after a Tii, do you get a Wii?

# I ripped the music out of it*
And it's fantastic to work to. 30 or so pieces, 30s to 3m long each, with that great sound. Best part of the game.

* easy to do actually. there's a big file in the install, it's actually just a renamed zip or rar, so change its extension, and the audio is all inside it as ogg files. not exactly l33t hax0r but I did work it out myself from looking at the file in hex ;)
(, Wed 27 Jun 2007, 10:56, archived)
# I should do that
and take it along as a mix cd to parties.

The sound of melancholy strings and such, combined with radiation sickness coughing should go down a treat!

*chucks out the default "Party" mix and replaces with "Sounds Like The End Of The World - Volume I"*
(, Wed 27 Jun 2007, 10:59, archived)
# The coughing etc isn't in the music
But the separate samples are also in that archive. So you can add them yourself! Or have them on your own!

*goes to listen to the end of the world*
