ill check imageready , ta ..

( in tattyshop, you can rotate and scale individual layers, which isnt possible in gif animator, meaning more frames have to be premade )

you can only do translation and transparency of layers on a frame by frame basis.
Rotations and (I think) scaling are applied to all the frames.

If you're using photoshop, you can jump back and forth between that and Imageready - they come together.

Click 'file' then 'jump to', and you'll probably find it's already there.

Flash makes horribly lumpy .gif files.

For sure you can't rotate and scale single frames in Imageready, but if you open the file in PS, then jump to Imageready, you can actually just tab back and forward between them - it keeps them synched automatically.

It's probably more work, but once you get used to it it's a logical way to work. I have dual monitors, so I have one on each screen.
