# Pfffffft!!
That show will either work really really well, or be complete and utter shite.
(, Fri 10 Aug 2007, 11:39, archived)
# i suspect it'll be the latter
need to keep it nice and simple for it's target audience and advertisers.

# is harry hill going to BECOME beadle?
you've been framed... Beadle's About... what next.... is he going to mangle his own hand?

# as long as he doesn't stop doing TV burp, this could be fun
/although I can't stand his stand up material strangely
(, Fri 10 Aug 2007, 11:39, archived)
# That is strange
I think the bloke is hilarious

EDIT: Or should that be...HILL-arious!

# Don't get me wrong, his comment son TV Burp, and especially his delivery will have me in fits of laughter sometimes...
/notably "Coconut tinder bundle... That's one of Bob Geldof's kids isn't it"?

but his stand up stuff is too disjointed for me to appreciate, doens't flow all that well, although
the gags themselves aren't too bad
(, Fri 10 Aug 2007, 11:43, archived)
# Yeah I can see what you're getting at
I wonder how much of that disjointed rough-and-readyness is part of intentional style though?

# Harry Hill has made YBF worth watching
and I went to see him do a live gig in Portsmouth once (fee tickets off a mate... I didn't originally have any intention of going) and I quite literally had to walk out of the place clutching my stomach, I had been laughing so much. I think I hurt my lungs.
(, Fri 10 Aug 2007, 11:43, archived)
# hehehe, each to their own I guess
I think he'd be better to see live than via the cut dvds, probably appreciate his humour and style more
(, Fri 10 Aug 2007, 11:45, archived)
# Hahaha
very good!

# I have a love/hate relationship with Harry Hill
Tipping the balance slightly when I put on a pair of my mate's glasses last week and was told I AM Harry Hill.
