but over its history, breaking new ground and heading new cultural trends in Britain has definitely been its role.
Just a pity it's all reality shows and, erm, reality shows - nowadays.

i'm not sure i agree with that tbh
but frankly, who cares? the one thing i've noticed about using this spare account is that it doesn't have anyone on ignore, and it's made absolutely no difference to me, so i might unignore everyone once i'm back as me

Ch4 does tend to court controversy more than other channels, which suggests a tendency to ignore the establishment more than anti it, but which still comes under the heading of 'sticking it'
