I was having issues with a couple people, one in particular. He was extremly rude, telling me to go slash my wrists and that all my pictures were crap, etc. He doesn't seem to be on now, luckily.

It's all a bit weird this aggro that goes on here. I don't have anyone on ignore, and now I let things go over the top of my head it's all rather fluffy in the end.
There's only two regular users who pee me off more than a tad, but I'd never ignore them. Ahh, the joys of the internet

It's generally the regular users that people should ignore if they don't like their style, as it'll potentially just start a 'chalk and cheese' argument over differing tastes.
