It's the granddad who refuses to use email because letter writing is a lost art, forgotten in this down-hill society of instant-gratification, was good enough for him then and is good enough now.
And he doesn't know how to use it.
I love the concept, but all the applications annoy the fuck out of me, they should disappear if you decline/ignore them. There's no excuse for that other than marketing taking priority over useability
