Right, it's an angel cake.

Which means that through the middle there's a huge hole.
I filled the hole with strawberries.
The strawberries either side are the hands, and I tried to put some chocolate on one for the ring, but it didn't go very well.
The strawberries at the bottom is the cock.

It's a 3/10 at best

Mainly because I still could only just about visualise the goatse even after you explained it.

EDIT: Also, it looks more like you've taken strawberry jelly, spread some cream haphazardly on top, and then spunked across it repeatedly.
