To summarize, the Pinewood Derby car I built myself for the Scouts' races this weekend looks a lot better than my new used truck does after my lovely young bride smacked it with her behemoth of a vehicle last night.

She backed into it without looking. It looks a lot worse than it is. In the scheme of things, the engine is fine, the lights are fine, the hood is pushed in maybe 1/4" but the latches still hold...

So really, just the grille needs replacing. And I may get lucky and find one at the boneyard.
