# TJ:
Debbilgrrrl sends her love from Goa.

"The days are long but the weeks are short.
It's hard work being on holiday all the time.
Send money and grow sexy beards.
I miss you all but not enough to come home."

hence the snorkels

# You'd think I knew that.
I knew it was something horsy. I used to own a horse, but he wasn't one for doing things like that, mainly he just liked leaning on me when I was stood between him and a wall. And chewing my hair.

You fit people are WEIRD. Why can't you all just have a nice sit down and a cuppa? Watch some Poirot?

# i'm not one of them
i saw it on the telly box once.

# fear not
because no matter how fit you were the cruelty of age will soon fuck that up for you. I'm sat here in my adidas track pants and t-shirt with all the mobility of a fucking hat-rack.

( sorry, arthritis is a bastard today and the drugs have not yet numbed me )

# You have arthritis too?
I need to go and badger my doctor to give me medication for mine. So far all I've got is 'You have arthritis, but you're 23 and you might not, we could be wrong, so no drugs for you.'

Shitbiscuits. It's my wrists, mainly. And my knees.

# I've recently started to come off
most of my drugs mainly because I took a substantial shopfitting contract on for BA and being turned into a drugged up zombie all day is fine unless you happened to need to speak to clients or do a bit of work.
That's the problem, they can give me drugs that take away the pain ( and reality ) but not allow me to function. Or they give me drugs that don't work but have the wonderful side-effect of giving me massive acid reflux and new ulcers which I am stuck with regardless of me stopping the tablets. I do however get some anti-depressants, not because I need cheering up but again, side effects, they have the ability to stop joints swelling. Science eh?
