cos it's a challenge open to everyone
the regulars, and the not-so-regulars who like to go for an obvious gag to be able to do something on the /board, which is only fair.
The more you tighten up a challenge with rules/disclaimers etc, the more it's likely people will go against it, thus aggravating the people more, keep it open, free and let it go with the flow
