Sorry, my grandmother died from cancer on the 4th of February, so I'm not finding it too funny at the moment.

although may i point out, when I for one laugh at cancer/aids/disabilities, I am laughing mainly in an ironic sense i.e. the joke is more in the fact that I find it funny rather than the person's mis-fortune and sadness and I would hope the majority of people are in the same boat.
