# Sweet potatoes are a vast improvement on normal, in most cases.
Especially roasted or baked.

# massive disagreement.
sweet potatos are nice at first but you're portion sizes need to be smaller because it gets too much. its like pepsi and coca cola.

sweet potato chips though, a small bowl of them is ace

# That is true, but I tend to pad them out with roasted carrots, squash or whatever other root veg I have.
Pure sweet potato mash can be a little sickly, but baked sweet potato with a load of butter is fantastic.

1 bottle of really fucking hot sauce
and butter

# this is what i have been living on for the last week :)
i also included some garlic deep fried in olive oil as well on one occasion.

but that was more luck than judgement.

# I'm intrigued as to what circumstances can luckily provide you with deep fried garlic

# i was heating some olive oil in a sauce pan with view to pouring it over the pasta i was making
i told ladywoman to put the garlic in a the pan, refering to the sauce pan where i was frying the onions and pancetta. she put my nicely chopped garlic in the hot oil and i didn't realise until i poured it over the pasta. it was really rather good.
