I go safeway every week and get a whole duck for a fiver. Ive got a cook crispy shredded pecking duck recipe if you want it. Its like being in peking without leaving your house.

as I have to head on over to Robs gaff now, to blow water out of my eyes.
Oh, if you like roast spuds, all the fat you get off the duck when you roast it is great for making beautiful crispy roasties. It keeps for months too.
