In Germany. Some of the stuff's pretty good if you're careful and know what you're getting. Some of it's total pap. There's actually some decent sausages in the one here. And cheap beer. And even cheaper beer which tastes of tramps urine, which is more or less what you'd expect for 30c.

it doesn't have the range, but for the straightforward things/things they've picked up up cheap this week/things germans buy in large quantities it's perfectly decent

avoid the following:
most sweet things (they will be a bit sickly)
any booze except lager
deodorant

i walked around 3 times before realizing they had no recognizable brands i like... i then had to buy stuff anyway to avoid looking like a shop-lifter! DO NOT EVER buy their frozen chicken kievs! They came out of the over grey all the way through and secreting some sort of juice
