# Seems okay. That's the basic idea anyway. Keep building up each section of colour and then, the lighter and darker areas etc.
Although they look very pixellated on the edges to me.

# any idea how i can get rid of the pixelated edges?
i don't know how to

# Hmmm, not really sure. Could just be because photoshop is shit for vectors
Or it could be the resolution of the file. What are the dimensions? (I deleted the file already, sorry).

# 375 by 415 pixels so it must be the resolution right?
and i havn't got illustrator on this pc bah
(, Thu 25 Sep 2008, 10:34, archived)
# Yeah, increase the res to something like 1000px wide
and the edges should look crisper. If your pc can handle it, go as high a res as it allows (obviously without it slowing down and dying) :)

# thanks for the tip
i think it can handle it, i see what you mean but i think 10000 pixels is a little too big for saving. and the edges are much crisper

# here's a handy tip
keep one of the original images of yoda on top of the layer palette, so that it always shows.
You can easily switch it on/off to select colours from below, but it helps to draw around the original image rather than fit shapes on top of the original image :)
