# AAU
& BTW read the docs today, all one page of it. LOL.
Didn't have a chance to test as was short on time.
I think I see what they did. I will make a couple
more, if those did indeed import ok. (#2 only?)

# Ack dammit
this got away from me.
I did test #3 late last night and it had exactly the same problems as the .obj file I imported. I'll send along a screenshot later.
I think I may know what's going on but I'll talk with you about it later to see if it makes any sense.

# Ashally, lookit

This is what it's doing with "Lights From File" selected. Most other PS lighting setups give similar results, the artifacts or whatever they are show through.
Ok, here's what I think might be happening. I think it's possible that some lighting information is being saved in the file, and that PS isn't handling it properly. Is it actually possible to make a sphere with a flat texture mapped to it that has no lighting information saved with it? Does this make any sense?

# Yes, yes it does. And yes I can.
That pic answers a couple of other questions too.
I will send a test set later on this eve.

# Meanwhile I made this

It's from a tutorial! HAHahahaha The whole thing is made from a heavily-filtered lens flare. I've been sitting here giggling for the last 15 mins while I made it.
