How many times have we all wished for the entire management staff to be told to just piss off? :D

Try calling up Dell support.
Last time I did (admittedly a few years back), I got put though to an india call centre (in deli.. are they trying to be ironic?) and it took me 15 minutes to explain to the idiot what a graphics card was.

It's not as bad today with their new machines but a few years back all their machines were made with proprietary parts. So if anything went wrong you could not just go down to the computer fair and buy a replacement because nothing would fit in the case or with other parts. I remember being told after somebody insisted that they would pay for a new motherboard from Dell just as long as their precious PC got fixed.
They wanted something in the region of £125 for the board ( an equivalent standard ATX midi board could be had for £25-£30 at the time ). PC owner, a bit desperate said yes and then Dell dropped the bombshell. Oh no, they could not sell me one. The board has to be fitted by one of their designated service engineers and we had to pay for postage of the unit to that engineer. That was another £240 on top of that.
Vile company with vile practices.
I built them a new PC at about twice the spec for under £300.
