# The moon.
Black babies are from the light side of the moon, they get very tan before the come to earth. White babies from the dark side. Asian babies come from a special area of the dark side that let's them receive special radiation from special fields that float through space that turn them yellow and slants their eyes. Hispanics take root in lunar mountains, thrust up into the distant light of the stars. As the moon turns the whole galaxy of lights plays upon their skin turning them all kinds of colors. Australians grow up underground in the lunar dirt like moles and the English inside moon trees. Canadians float endlessly over the surface in the cold moon air, just a few feet off the ground. French babies under some bushes on the light side, smoking, watching the black babies and eating fine pastries.

# This information has been know for centuries preserved largely by word of mouth inside the elite cabal of bankers that control the world encomies and governments
it was not until persons inside the US army began planning a nuclear strike on the moon as a worldwide show of force that it was deemed necessary to formalize the information in top secret documents that only The President and a handful of other top level members of the executive branch and military were allowed access to. These documents were also extended to other puppet governments around the world. However, certain governments, while largely under control of the cabal, are still scene as something of a risk to the elites' secret world government and so they were not made privy to this information. A spy from one such country, Latvia, managed to infiltrate one such facade of power in England and gained access to this information. Shocked and disillusioned by this revelation and others about the secret government of bankers he resigned himself to a greater cause: educating the masses through the internet. He began distributing this information over the web, asking along the way for the various people who have come across it to keep it in circulation, staying ahead of the shadow government's attempts to destroy these documents. In interest of doing my part, I am providing a link to some of the documents I have mentioned:
