I help out at the local Oxfam. The boss actually likes me and appreciates my efforts.
Never happened in a paying job.

Specification: We are looking for someone with significant experience
in developing dynamic, database driven sites with PHP. Ideally you
will be familiar with Drupal and using/ creating Drupal modules to
manage complex database related functions. Experience with PostgreSQL
and within a BSD Unix environment would also be an asset.

Timescales: Initial project of circa 4 weeks work (with flexibility on
the times you choose to work), with the likelihood of further projects
and potentially ongoing site development and maintenance. To start
immediately.
