:P
A raptor is actually a bird.
A velociraptor was a type of dinosaur, which doesn't necessarily make it a lizard.

Sorry but
Whilst raptors and lizards are in the same class (Reptilia), they are different Orders:
Lizards (Order: Squamata, Suborder: Lacertilia)
Raptors (Superorder: Dinosauria, Order: Saurischia, Suborder: Theropoda)
Isn't wikipedia lubberly?

raptor riding is something you have to be born good at, cos you can't practise it.
