Also: TJ for Sea Tramp:
Tomorrow, I am resigning, at the first company away day. We've not been paid since February, told a million and one different things about what's going on, we're all completely flat broke, and expected to not only keep working, but gather in central London for a chat with new bosses about how we can push the company forwards. I have one question and one question only. Where's the fucking money?
I'm going to be doing teacher training in September anyway, so leaving now just gives me time to prepare... but I'd rather not spend the summer taking this shower of toss through the courts to get what I'm owed.
For the record, almost all the staff are doing the same...

It's a principle though. As everyone's joining in, it makes for a much stronger case...

Any back pay they already owe you, irrespective of any circumstances around your departure. Small claims for that. constructive is a bugger to stick - you just need to make sure you have documented evidence for everything about your claim. That could roll on and on...

As for the back pay, small claims is indeed our friend...

and by the sounds of things you're as likely to be dealing with administrators rather than the company itself.
Messy. Good luck.

Thus, under TUPE, they're obliged to pay us our fucking money. Only they haven't.
The phones have been cut off, biggest clients lost, we've had to fend of bailiffs twice.
This meeting tomorrow is going to be ace.

Actually what's the legal position on nicking stuff anyway? Can only certain licence people repossess stuff for money owed, in which case could you just sell your owed wages onto a debtor?
