I have a fillet of seabass for tea and I haven't decided what to have with it.
I'm thinking of making some salsa verde but I'm not sure beyond that.

with thin slices of ginger, garlic, chilli and lemon grass. steam it, then serve with oyster sauce.

I'm trying to grow some lemongrass at the moment. It's happily growing but shows no sign of growing extra stems for me to eat yet.

it's huge, but the drainage is shocking and my neighbours let their dogs run riot in it, hence the tubs.

make a nice pesto like consistency, place on the seabass, grill it. Eat it with Mangetout and creamy mash
