NO movie theatres for 90 miles?
If you're seriously that rural maybe you could actually get away with cooking for her for a first date (in season veg and pasta, start by frying onions and garlic then go nuts, it's no big deal). Too bad about the rain since as soon as I've got their trust my ideal date is a picnic while hiking in the woods.
For a daytime first date touristy stuff can be fun if there are any zoos or museums around. I like to bring people to "The Hess Collection" (of modern art) in Napa, lots of it is impressive but much of it is a joke, therefore fodder for conversation and you get to know her aesthetic sensibilities a bit. Any place that lets you walk (-off the nervous energy) and talk.
I think that not being goal oriented is the real key to getting some. Not that I'm an expert.

Yay!
Visit the top of a tall building. And throw down various fresh fruits. In alphabetical order. Then go see a film. Buy her apple sauce.
