although too many people can't actually scramble eggs and that's why you get crappy texture and taste.
The cook at the local greasy spoon can't even cook eggs. scrambled are is a sea of liquid, poached or fried they're rock hard (if you ask for if he can make sure there's runny yolk then you get egg that's barely cooked.
To top it all off he insists that all the staff call him Chef!
