I just ate the king of easy dinners.
Red peppers and onions, finely chopped, fried with beef and soy sauce, Thai seven spice, garlic and paprika, served with grated cheese and Stubb's Mesquite Bar-B-Q sauce in toasted pitta breads. Om nom nom.
