My good friend reckons the best way for scientists and the like to meet girls at uni (in a non-drunk setting) is to get into the amateur dramatics productions. Thinking about it, I know three people from the sciences who've done that. Hmm.

yes this is true, I think I can add at least two couples to that.
although i don't really like amateur dramatics. I could be at a revue tonight instead I'm at home on my own having baked a cake for the maths society tomorrow.

Everything seems to be going ok. The only thing that's the bugger at the moment is a residential address for the tax file number and bank account... Curses!

Which aren't valid for an address for the relevant things, same as a work address... That flatmate finders site is very good, but everyone wants long-term roomies.
