Where are all these people coming from?Seriously, 90% of the posters in this weeks shitty challenge are people who have been members for years and posted about 6 times! Why are they coming out of the woodwork to post in this shit challenge, but seem to have no interest in posting the rest of the time?
Maybe it's just that regulars are staying clear of this challenge, so it creates the impression that a larger-than-usual crowd of newbies and infrequent-posters are coming out of the woodwork.

Perhaps some of the people who lurk herewould like to make pictures but don't because they don't use image editing software, and this challenge makes it easier for them to take part.

I tried to do an animated gif of the scene from Cloverfield with the Statue of Liberty's head being thrownonly it was a spacehopper. It didn't work though so I gave up. But if you could all just imagine what that would look like and pretend I did it, that would be just swell.
