wait, let me find it
50g golden caster sugar
175g butter
3 medium eggs (that's medium sized, not eggs laid by mediums)
225g self raising flour
100g chopped glace cherries
75g grated MARZIPAN (in practice we put about twice this in)
60ml milk
15g toasted flaked almonds
1. Cream butter & sugar together then beat in eggs one at a time
2. Add flour, cherries, marzipan & milk and mix well
3. Line the breadmaker with baking parchment and shove the mix in
4. Sprinkle almonds on the top
5. Takes 55 min in our breadmaker but I guess it could just go in the oven
