It's not like it says 90p on the shelf and when you get to the counter they charge you a fiver for it is it? Or am I behind on my current affairs?

The shelf tags seem to be from a different world from the till computers. Occasional problems with Tesco.

If a cash register brings up a price that's higher than the price on the shelf, you get:

- the item for free if the real price is under $10
- $10 off the price if the real price is over $10

Applies only to the first item scanned. Oddly enough, not many stores make this mistake.

because they had mislabled a pizza, they give you the item for free and refund double how much you paid for it, was a 3.99 pizza and I bought cheap own brand stuff for the rest of my shop, they even gave me some money back.
