Morn in Star Trek DS9? He is a strange fish-thing who appears in (every? almost every?) many episodes, nearly always propping up the bar. Despite his many adventures, he never says a word (Morn, that is, not Norm) on screen, yet is often referred to as being a very social and talkative kind of guy.
