# Ace work
Have to say, I'm a fan of the show, but this series just passed me by like a faint fart.

Didn't give a monkey's about it this year

# Pete Waterman was interviewed about Cowell this morning on Radio Bore:
He was asked "So - what is Cowell's drive? Buisness? Money? Artistic merit", and replied, spluttering, "ARTISTIC MERIT?!"

# I like waterman
because he never had any pretension about what he did.
And he's responsible for some all-time classic pop tunes

And he owns the largest private model railway in Europe

# Maybe you should have sung out of key..in a womans dress..you would have definitely got through then.
What did you sing?

# there's another one supporting The Muppets singing Bohemian Rhapsody..
which I thinkwould be a fab number 1
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 10:31, archived)
# Indeed...
I heard Maconie and Radcliffe slagging that off the other night.

Was very surprised

Personally, I'd like to see a CHRISTMAS song at number 1.
That would make a nice change

# as long as it's not Wonderful Christmastime by Mr McCartney
that can fuck right off to the bins

# LOL
yeah it was a shame..his performance last night was utter dross too. Great pyro's and visuals tho.
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 10:42, archived)
# I'd rather have that as chrimbo no.1
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 10:41, archived)
# Agreed.
The Christmas number 1 should be a novelty or Christmas song. Always. By law.

Why don't bands make Christmas songs any more? We could have something new to listen to for a change; the popularity of the song would last far longer than the band themselves (like on most of the Now That's What I Call Christmas type compilations) and the royalties will come flooding in forever. Everybody wins!

# Bombtrack is so much better though
Or Guerilla Radio

In fact... Geurilla radio would have been a much better choice.
Even if it has got less swears in it

# haha
