# Is it me or do they break everything?
Fiancee's birthday present was supposed to come on 19th, had to go an eventually collect from depot, which I could have done in first place, but because of silly rules they have to try to 'attempt' to put a card through the door, even though you have to show 3 x forms ID!!!

unfortunatly amazon forces you to use them for 'special'delivery, with the emphasis on special! I ordered three things and the super saver stuff arrived before 19th but the citylink stuff got loaded on a van and that was it, then it snowed etc.

Have had stuff via them from ebay, ordered a motherboard, housemate signed for it, when i got in later, unwrapped bag and the box had a hole punched in it, quel suprise the board didn't work! Then followed loads of crap where the company who sold me it and city link were in dispute as to who had to organise collection, which dragged on and on.

And despite not delivering it until the 30th, their tracking page is adamant they delivered it on the 25th.
