It seems to me that it'd be good fun to do some proper cutting things up and sticking them onto bits of paper for an afternoon. Who's with me?
Time is fluid. Probably an alcoholic fluid. If you'd rather a different day then speak now!
Woo! The Forest it is! BYOB and scissors and glue and magazines with pictures of kittens and stuff in.
UPDATE 2: Amy and I are going to see the exhibition at the modern art gallery beforehand to get totally pumped and ready to cut out. You can come and meet us at around three at the gallery if you like.
The Forest
Scissors and glue-athon
Going: spacefish, Mystery_Bob, gracielou, Jadeviper, bananaman, Moon Girl Technologies, tef, Newington (8 people).

That weekend should be OK for me though.

I've just finished making a Where's Wally-type game with local Leith pics as part of a Family Learning project and that was lots of fun.

Hello! I've checked it out with the Forest and they're quite happy (also excited) about the prospect of us cutting things up in their cafe. If you're still up for it, please bring any old christmas cards, magazines, whatnot that might make good cutuppery. And scissors and glue if you have them- who doesn't? there's plenty of post offices and stationers nearby if you need to get them on the day, though.

i'll message around. would 3ish at the forest be better?
i think they allow dogs, so he shouldn't be too much of a problem

though i'm now thinking about taking him to the forest, which'd mean not going to the gallery on saturday.

I can't make this I'm afraid. Boo.
Next one. Definitely.
Have fun and remember to be careful with the sharp scissors and sticky glue.
