I just read on the bbc that the UKIP guy said this about Farage not turning up:
"He's a responsible family man and political party leader. Certain situations you have to avoid."
He added: "Croydon is unsafe and a dump."

I am also a non-racist
That is, I don't care about the colour of people's skin, and I therefore abhor the BNP.
But politically speaking, I want to quit the EU. It is therefore a shame how the UKIP have strayed from being a single-issue party, into the quagmire of ridiculous comments they seem to come out with frequently - and they also seem to attract the racists.
I just want a political party which wants to leave the EU - but doesn't stand for racists. Farage needs to get his house in order: I don't think he's a very good leader, if he can't keep out the racists and the loons from his party.
