A documentary about the Mafia hitman Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski.
Brilliantly chilling hitman. He fooled the police by freezing some of his victims,. then posing them on park benches months later. He only got caught by the fact one of his victims had not been thawed out completely.

Probably the combination of being relatively articulate, having great recall, non-remorseful of his crimes (apart from that one), physically imposing, good at what he done, the associated *glamour* of Mafia involvement and Michael Shannon played him in an average film.
He's like the killy version of Steve Jobs or someone.

Usually Albert Fish is held as some kind of a measure stick of depravity.
There are more interesting criminals though- Issei Sagawa or "nevada girl" comes to mind.
Most serial killers are neither as quirky nor intelligent as pop culture would like them to be though.
