You're the right side of the Pennines, and she's certainly a northern lass, but not Bradford.
I think one of the blokes has a north eastern accent, so I'm putting her in North Yorkshire, and not too far from Leeds I reckon. Having said that, there aren't too many elephants in the Vale of York.
Edit. A bit of stalking/Googling puts her as a receptionist working in Gateshead, and her daughter is at college in Durham. Certainly not Scouse.

Definitely Yorkshire-ish from the accent, but the man is distinctly more North-East.
My money would be on a Bradforder who moved to the North East then married someone there.
