Back in the late 70's early 80's if you didnt diddle the kiddies then the BBC took a dim view of that and would regularly send kids by first class post to big name entertainers and 2nd class to game show hosts, this practice was suspended for a seveal months in '79 when a delivery was placed behind the neighbours bin, for collection by the unnamed celebrity. the old woman who unfortunatly had fallen and broken her hip and was adviced to remain on the floor untill an abulance was available, by all accounts the old lady lasted for 5 days before succuming to her end after her cats started to eat her and one was found to have made a bed inside her rib cage. once a new system was implace, the now universal delivery between 8am and 4pm. the deliverys restarted and continued untill the terrible case of XXXXXX and XXXXX XXX resulted in a backlog of unreturned children.
