Middle Class, privileged, entitled cunts. Every single one of them reeks of hypocrisy.

I don't doubt that we're absolutely fucking the planet. However, parading your offspring around (offspring which will leave a larger carbon footprint than you could ever hope to offset in a lifetime of ecologically responsible living) and driving about in your brand new Tesla/Range Rover electric car is the height of ignorance.
I'm all for doing my bit for the planet, but I know I could do more and choose not to. These cunts seem completely oblivious to that fact when it comes to their own behaviours and will rustle up every excuse in the fucking book as to why they need multiple children or an electric luxury vehicle.
They're a bunch of virtue signaling cunts, and as demonstrated in the above video, just a bunch of cunts in general, really.

Everything you said up to and including 'virtue signalling cunts' was virtue signalling. Do you understand that?

You are criticising the shortcomings you perceive in others. This is by definition virtue signalling.
Every time you offer your opinion you are signalling a moral, factual, emotional or logical virtue.
Criticising people for virtue signalling is an idiotic tautology. If you were truly opposed to virtue signalling you'd need to oppose your own need to communicate your opposition to virtue signalling.

I would rather we had a billion of those hypocrites than a thousand fanatics with power, stupidity and wealth.

As an organisation, it’s already high on its own sense of certainty. See, for example, the way that it recently put out a statement denouncing anyone who doesn’t agree with the vocal but niche cause of trans rights activism, and says that there’s no place in extinction rebellion for such people. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think you can realistically claim you’re wanting a global movement against climate change if one of your eligibility criteria is “must believe penises can be female”
These cunts demonstrate continually that they are more interested in being able to be on the right side of history, than they are about actually doing the difficult work that would allow progress to be made

and isn't staging mass protests and demonstrations 'the difficult work that would allow progress to be made'? Surely the difficult work is shaping public opinion to influence political policy to legislate against harmful practices?
I don't think Extinction Rebellion itself has as much to say about trans rights as their critics do.

The point is that by publicly denouncing anyone within their movement who isn’t on board with a niche cause, they are taking a movement that should be open to anyone who wants a future, and making it dependent on a narrow set of views that *arent* simply about the environment.
I don’t particularly think protests are hard work. The hard work is in persuading enough people to make actual change

I see no reference to trans people here: extinctionrebellion.uk/the-truth/about-us/
Apparently mumsnet are furious about a facebook post someone made that said ER stands with trans people against TERFs and media attacks. I'm not on mumsnet or facebook and I don't see why I should care about what happens in those places.
I'm also not afraid or threatened in any way by trans people. I am threatened, along with my entire ecosystem, by environmentally harmful practices. Opposition to harm against the planet is not conditional on some facebook user's opinion on trans rights.
WRT your comments about protests and convincing people to change, you seem confused. Protests do actually persuade people to change their minds.
The slavery abolitionists and campaigners for universal suffrage 'had their own fanatics' and faced criticism identical to yours.

I think that my statement wasn't agreeing with everything that they are saying but rather that I would rather have a billion of those... than a thousand of the other.
My personal feeling is that there is a naivety on one side of the argument and and ignorance on the other.
Not quite sure I get "wanting to be on the right side of history" means as an issue. I read that as when we look back, history will vindicate their views?

I hate everything that will improve the lives of future people, and want only to allow the Invisible Hand of Free Market Forces to purify all the world. Away with scum! Away with the dull drudgery of work-a-day equality!

Or was it the only vegan non carbon paint that could be imported on a diesel powered tank straight from a coal burning factory in a land far far away?
High VOC's ftw.
