This is a link post Have you ever played one of the Forza games and wondered how the curated vinyl designs are created?
Probably not all that impressive unless you've actually used the vinyl editor in game. But mind blowing if you have.

Nice enough picture, but it's a terrible design for the side of a car. You can barely see it on there even when it's standing still.

This is a normal post Nah, racing games are a lot like football games:
Not really that much fun and generally the same from one release to the next.

This is a normal post Some people have GTA on their list.
I think that'd be like calling Elite just a flight sim.

This is a normal post How many of those are less than 20 years old?
Aside from a free copy of PGR3 for the Xbox I haven’t really seen the need to buy a driving sim since Colin McRae Rally

This is a normal post I agree mostly
Unless the game does different/interesting. Wipeout / Mario kart adds weapons and so on. I always liked rollcage on PS1. Underrated game that, great fun.

This is a normal post I don’t think Mario cart would have been nearly as popular without multiplayer.

I have fond memories of the title but remember very little of the gameplay.

The crash challenges were always the best bit of that series.

This is a normal post Burnout 3 was a masterpiece.
Especially the Road Rage mode which was just smashing other fuckers off the track. Loved it!

This is a normal post Rollcage was fun.
The Ridge Racer series should have stopped at Rage Racer. Everything after that was balls.
Motorstorm 1 & 2 were smart though.

Or ride-on lawnmower racing, except with one guy in a combine harvester.
